Inspiration Piece: Nighthawks

Inspiration Artist: Edward Hopper

I used the modeling clay primarily - for the figures. I used wire to hold the heads and smaller parts, such as hands, on to the figures. I also used the wire to attach the figures to the oasis, so that they could be seated at the bar. I used the mystery build box as the "building", and painted it to look like the bar. I used the small wood slats to form the bar, and placed them onto the blocks of wood to make them sturdy. I used white modeling putty for various small elements, such as hats, hair, and coffee mugs. The wooden dowel rods help to sturdy back flap of the box, held with clay. I also used the canvas to provide a street background. I used acrylic paint for all painting.

It wouldn't let me change my primary picture! "Primary.JPG" should be my primary.
